About Us
My love of baking started at a young age. I spent countless days as my Granny’s helper, learning to make cookies, cakes, and authentic southern desserts. In fact, I use some of her recipes here at the Batch! She taught me that the secret ingredient isn't something you find in a pantry-it’s the joy you feel when you share what you’ve made with the people around you. That holds true today and is still my answer when people ask why I bake.
